Contrary to popular belief I am not a pikey, I am in fact a welsh girl with
an unfortunate surname (spot pikey!)
In a nutshell I'm welsh with hardly
no accent L, and I won’t lie to you, I’m pretty funny…. and sarcastic if I do
say so myself (note last comment) and am very weak willed at shopping, verging
on an actual problem but it means I have a huge wardrobe !
I’ve worked at
Brand Events twice now, and am part of the boomerang generation (I’m one of
those that left and then came back) which is testament to the fact that as
cheesy as it sounds it really is a great, exhilarating, challenging and exciting
place to work where’s there’s always a new idea in the pipeline.
Not able
to leave work at work, I love organising parties for friends and any opportunity
for fancy dress or Karaoke and I'm there. I have quite an interesting fancy
dress collection from years of collecting new additions, when there's a party at
mine the box is out!
I love to travel but rather than year long breaks
I've done most of my exploring through holidays and short trips and am always
looking for the next exciting one, Most fun I've had has been Brazil but so much
more of South America I'd love to see, having said that a close second comes The
Gower peninsula!
If I was famous (ahh... if only) and was invited on
Room 101 then I would throw away: old women in queues, sneezing, t-shirts with
slogans, timewasters, London traffic, any queue in general (notice a theme),
people who let you down and heavy metal music. Things I love however are
Sundays, red wine, roasted vegetables, warm towels, mascara and my birthday
!
